So I think some people wanted to know the names of the throws and hold-downs that we worked on from Sunday.
Nage waza (Throw technique)
Seoi nage - upper back carry throw

Osaewaza (Pinning techniques)
Kesa gatame - scarf hold
Kata gatame - shoulder hold
