Regarding the electronic completion or submission of the Waiver forms and others:
This is not optional. They must be completed, and they must be completed electronically. We can no longer submit paper or hardcopies of these forms.
Please do your best to overcome whatever technical difficulties you may be having and try your best to complete the forms and mail them to the VCU email address listed in the post below.
