So far we've covered ALL eight of the 1st set of the Gokyo No Waza, sometimes called the 'Dai Ikkyo'.
You will only be required to show proficiency in four of them.
Also shown is Ude Garami.
We will go over this movement in greater detail in the future.
Later we will post some reference materials for OsaeKomiWaza, or pinning techniques.
