JUDO!!!

Hey Guys,

Just as a reminder we still have practice going on.The numbers have been down so I wanted to remind people of the schedule. Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays always from 7 to 9 in the FSG. I know classes are hard so why not take a break and come train with us.

Super Bowl Sunday

Hey everyone,

Just to let everyone know we will not have practice on Sunday February the 6th because of the Super Bowl. I polled the class last Sunday and most people said they couldn't make it so for that reason we will cancel practice.

NEW HOURS!!!

Hello everyone,

Great things are happening this semester. We've added another day so we currently have Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday all from 7 to 9. My plan is to make Thursday Randori (Sparing) day so we can spur more people to show up. As always if you have any questions or if I can help you in anyway please contact me at darcangeloel@vcu.edu

Spring JUDO!!!

Hello again everyone

Winter is here however our break is coming to an end with classes starting again on the 18th. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and didn't put on to much weight during the holiday season. We will be starting our regular schedule again on Sunday the 23rd. So tell everyone to come with uniforms and be ready to learn.

Winter Break

We still have regular judo practice this week! So study hard for those exams, and try to get some mat time in on Wednesday (12/15) or Sunday (12/19). After that, we won't have any more practices until the spring semester.

For those of you we won't see till after the break, hope you guys had a good semester and that you enjoy your break from classes for a while! Check back on the blog or facebook for the exact day that we'll start up again.
